My appointment was at 10:15 and I was not able to talk to a service rep till 10:45. But Madison was able to give me a free service to compensate for my lost time, and I appreciated the gesture.

I had left a message for Julian when I first called on Thursday, but I was worried and still spoke to someone else; I wanted to find out what could possibly be causing the icon to appear on my dashboard, if it was safe to drive, etc. I could not find this icon in my handbook. This other employee did not give me the accurate/helpful information about the icon. Fortunately, Julian returned my call later and told me what the icon meant and what I could do. Because of his call back, my husband made it in time to Longo to take care of our tire issue.
