Despite my insurance company paying the collision center and collision center forwarding the check with my name on it and Longo lexus name on check to my service advisor- I was still asked to pay out of pocket for my windshield replacement. There was alt of confusing as service advisor did not notify me they received my insurance check- as I did all the leg work calling and speaking w collision center and them informing me they forwarded check to service advisor. Anyways I debited 859.00 out of my checking account to Longo Longo Lexus- vehicle came back to me dirty as no courtesy wash was offered.
I am disappointed in no communication between collision center and service advisors...
Lesson learned- I will not be returning to Longo and I will proceed to inform everyone through social media how my pregnant fiancee was treated when she went on my behalf to retrieve my vehicle. Hopefully this survey get to the right pers6to have these issues ADDRESSED.
