The repair on my RX350 was not done correctly and has only caused more inconvenience. A dealership is supposed to instill confidence in the customers, because they have the original parts, Lexus trained technicians, when that fails...a customer’s loyalty is lost, this is how I feel.
I blame the manager, because the company culture starts there.
