I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Rene. From start to finish, he didn’t seize to amaze me. When I sat down to consult with him, he told me that I missed the two complimentary maintenance services which was offered for the first two years. I was caught by surprise that Lexus even offered that, otherwise I would have taken the opportunity to receive the complimentary maintenance services. My wife hardly drives her new Lexus RX350, because she doesn’t want to rack up the mileage. So, at 3200 miles I thought that the service wouldn’t cost that much. I was disappointed that Lexus didn’t send me reminders that I had two complimentary maintenance services. But I am grateful that Rene graciously offered me one complimentary maintenance service, which saved me $320. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
