The reason i bought a Lexus was the excellent customer service first experienced. This time the timing of the service took longer than the estimated wait time of 2 hrs.. When service was finished took more than 40 min to get the car that was in the wash. Car still dirty on the outside after wash. Then the lady pulled the car up very quickly and braked really hard. Hopefully the next experience is much better. Would like to have your team tint my front windshield and windows, custom wheels and a cover.Thank you
