I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my car
I was not given the check of sheet that shows the work that was actually done on my vehicle. So I don’t know the status of my tires, breaks and other areas that are routinely checked.

The service advisor did not let me know that there was something else that needed to be done but on the sheet it says I declined when he didn’t even mention them to me.
