I must be frank . Everything you were and did were very customer friendly and correct. I left Lexus dealerships very satisfied. But one specific problem I mentioned to you as I saw you first was not fixed. My phone was disconnected for sometime, so my car wasn’t very user friendly for sometime. As I turned toward the freeway to go home and tried to call my son l discovered the phone was still not working! I was actually shocked.
I made a U and went back. The different set of people heard me and immediately gave it attention. Two young people helped me on the spot. Plus a young woman stayed with me to fix my another problem on my phone which is the problem of my accent which is also a very irksome problem, that is I have to often repeat names before I connect to the right name!! So the names of those young man and woman I don’t remember, but they made my day. Thank you Lexus!!

Jennifer was very accommodating, she saw that I was with a toddler and brought all the paperwork to the play area and gave us a coloring book. When it was time to get In the car my son was really excited to find a teddy bear in his car seat. Thank you so much Jennifer.

Julian was terrific but my car also had to go to the body shop because the back quarter panel on the driver side was not attached to the car properly. This was the third time We had to bring it back to have the repairs done. Julian is off on Thursday so I tried to call the body shop myself to expedite getting the work done and to give you guys back your loaner-After giving the person who answered the phone the information as to the model to make my last name and what the issue was he put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back – not acceptable! I still don’t have my car
