The question is predicated on “completely” satisfied. I am satisfied with my new engine and the installation work done by Longo Lexus. However, I have an issue with error codes that I am told cannot be reset nor erased unless my AC compressor is removed and replaced. Mr. Ho told me that Longo Lexus cannot diagnose the problem...only R & R.
I find it incomprehensible that the dealer cannot find the CAUSE of the error codes. I have visited 3 independent repair shops who tell me that the are able to repair the problem for a fraction of the quoted Longo price.
The AC blows cold but has apparently lost communication with the computer system. I should think that Longo Lexus would have a tech that could trace the error back to its source. Then I would be completely satisfied.

Francis was great, I'd come to him again. However the service center I'm not so sure about. I made an appointment and said I'd need a loaner. I got there had to wait for 30 min and then told there were no loaners so I had to go to enterprise. Enterprise had 1 car and it was dirty, they said I could wait and they'd wash it but this was my lunch break and i had already been waiting over an hour at this point. So I paid Longo $2000 this week and I got a dirty Nissan as a loaner.
The only reason I drive all the way to Longo is because I feel I'm always treated well and never cheated. This time was different, I don't think it's worth it to drive out there anymore.
