Super long line to get checked in (sat in my car for 15 minutes) before I could drop it off for service. I was 30 mini early for my appointment-but was still 10 min late for a work meeting- Longo needs to make sure they only make appointments for the staffing they have to service customers Then…When I checked out, my AAA discount was not applied (even though I mentioned it at checkin). When I asked how long it would take to rerun my paperwork, the front desk person asked the clerk who would NOT give an answer - just “we will get to it, but we can’t tell you how long”. I said “ 5 min or 20 min?…”I’m sorry we can’t tell you- she will get to it.” I thought that was a pretty condescending answer…and I did not feel like I was valued as a customer- seriously.,, you can’t tell me if it’s going to be five minutes or 20 minutes??? (Especially after it was not my fault that the discount was not applied —even though I had asked it to be applied?? So once again I had to wait). Car was serviced fine Rudolfo was very nice and polite But rest of the experience was horrible
