Robin has been helping me for many years and I have always been very satisfied with his service. Robin has been professional, patient and personable every time I visit Longo. Will definitely go back to Robin and Longo as long as I have a Lexus.

Had a scheduled appointment- then when I got to dealership - the appointment was now a longer wait time - yes a loaner car was offered but that made me go and come back - I think they should of called in advance and rescheduled
This was my first visit on my new car - was not pleased. Your dealership has always been top notch service! The personal touch has went away - from the time I drive up - it lacks and sure don’t feel the personal touch anymore.
It was disappointing- plus I had no choices - and I also had to pay for gas - I didn’t want that extra expense - if I would of been called it could have been handled better. I have been coming to your dealership for many years!!! Over 15 years …
