David displayed great customer service. He discussed the description of the service, the recall that was necessary and answered all my questions. I was notified when I called to make an appointment a rental wasn’t available. I wasn’t comfortable taking an uber to be provided and was ready to wait and work as long as it took. David did what he could and was able to provide a rental. I was delighted and grateful for going beyond to provide excellent service. He provided updates throughout the maintenance and appreciated it.
