Man Wong left me hanging on Saturday appointment. Man knew he couldn’t take care of me/vehicle that day due to the busy schedule. He should’ve of told me at 8:30am, not 10:30am (It’s a maybe), not 1:15pm (I can’t do it today) I could get you a loaner... Wow... After 4+ hours he figure that out. I made an appointment for a reason.
