Michael Eisenman was thorough, informative, knowledgeable, accurate, reliable, comprehensive, resourceful, and extremely helpful in explaining in precise details what the four problems and possible solutions I had with my husband’s 2003 Lexus ES 300, including 1)the front passenger’s window’s defective motor, 2)the driver’s broken door handle, 3)the two back rear brakes with minimal remaining brake pads, and the 4)almost thread less and worn out two front tires. He was very helpful and provided excellent service for my husband’s 2003 Lexus ES300.

My husband and I drove all the way from Beverly Hills, just a block away from Jim Falk Lexus and not too far from Lexus of Santa Monica. We did so for one reason and one reason only,....Robin Ho. He is truly an ambassador to your dealership. We will continue to make that journey as long as Robin continues to work there. The day he leaves, is the day we leave, so take care of him.
P.S. We hate the vinyl “Longo Lexus” decals on the back of the loaner cars, super tacky, and beneath you. We always though it was so classy that you didn’t do what every other dealership did, but at least they put it on the windows. The bumper is embarrassing.
