Frank showed exceptional customer service. He has always been helpful and detailed with what type of service that I need for my car.
This complaint does not apply to Frank.
The only issue that I had with the service was the poor job with not washing my car and vacuuming the inside of my car. I had asked the gentleman who had processed the loaner to remind the service team to pay special attention with cleaning the inside of my car. It was a mess especially with the driver and passenger side and this shouldn’t have happened. You pay hundreds of dollars at the dealership and this service should not have been overlooked. I want to call corporate about this so please call me first to talk over this unacceptable issue.
