The price was different what they quoted me by phone. I called on Thursday 3/6/2020 at 1:03pm and talked one of your service department’s representative that I had a coupon $50 off for my Lexus NX 200T’s oil change service and I need to know how much the final cost after tax. he told it will be $58.—- something and I even repeated back to him that price is already including the tax and he told me Yes. So I made the appointment online on Friday night to do the oil change service on Saturday morning, however they gave home the price is $98 after the coupon and I explained to them that is not the price that they told me by phone . Then he asked the manager and he said he will retrieve the phone call to see who me but after 20 minutes he came back they cannot do that. I have been waiting and finally I decide to leave then the manager told me they only able to do us charge the parts plus tax which finally I still have to pay $75. I don’t agree it but since I already drove there after waiting so long. I just went ahead to do it. Don’t believe the dealer anymore

I’m not sure if the changed oil was full synthetic oil or not because nothing was mentioned in the invoice. If full synthetic oil was used why would the sticker say next oil change would be in June since synthetic oils are supposed to be changed between 10,000 and 15,000 miles. If customers ask about the confusion service consultants would say it was synthetic oil and the sticker date was due to some reason it was like that though it might not mean like that. Everything should be done clearly without customers having to be questioning about it I believe that is the proper way to do so both customers and service consultants don’t have to waste time unnecessarily. I think it would be the real best service if Longo Lexus could improve their paperwork instead of just saying they wanted to offer the best possible customer service. Thank you.
