I came in to bring my wife’s RX450h for service. This is the second time I have taken her vehicle in. So you understand where I’m coming from, I had BMWs before this is Lexus and the service rep and staff At BMW were always great.
Both times I brought the RX in, the reception was great and valets greeted me with a smile and directed me where to go and wait. But the service reps (in both visits) never sat me down to talk and after the service was completed neither went over what was down or what might be needed.
Maybe my expectations are high but I received more personal service at my prior dealership than at this Lexus service center
