Lexus does not hand wash the car. They said it goes thru the
Machine. I own black Lexus my entire life and experience swirl marks
And although this is a leased car, I am buying it out at the end

It would be great to see personnel cleaning the customer waiting area periodically in response to COVID. I was there about two hours and did not see anyone sanitizing empty waiting areas.

John Yang was incredibly helpful in all aspects of the servicing the vehicle and getting a loaner in light of the safety recall. Wow! Even though Longo Lexis always provides excellent customer service, John went above and beyond that in working with us through out the process and getting it all done efficiently despite us and what we needed to correct for the loaner. Again, this dealership provides great customer service overall, but I found John Yang to be truly exceptional above and beyond what I would have expected.
