The customer service provided by Kelly Yang was excellent, my dissatisfaction comes from the fact that I paid $175 to essentially leave my car at your dealership and then pick it up again a few hours later.
The fact that Lexus was unwilling to fix an issue with their airbag system at no charge, even after having received a Customer Support Program notice for a defect with a different airbag than the one causing my SRS light to stay on, was disappointing to say the least.
An issue with a vehicle’s airbags is clearly a safety issue should I ever be involved in an accident with a passenger in my car. Furthermore, this looks like a potential lawsuit waiting to happen.
