Jennifer she is always very courteous and very friendly, and she takes her work very serious, she explained me the work that they were going to do in my car and the time that they were going to take and she told me that when my vehicle it’s ready, she was was going to let me know, and that’s exactly what she did, she call me and let me a message that my car was ready and they have the paperwork ready with her partner Robin Ho who is very friendly and courteous too. Understand Covid rules, but having to wait outside in the cold while one person is seen at a time. They had the salesmen sitting next to each other. Why not spread them out so they can see more people at a time. More importantly I am disappointed that I didn't get an oil change and the only thing they offered me was to do $1,200 of repairs. I had to beg for a car wash. What a waste of my time driving out to the dealership. Will not be adding more services. I feel like Lexus got cheap and gimmicky. Not the normal establishment I used to know.
