I received the call that my car was ready to be picked up . I arrived over one hour later. After checking in with the front desk and signing paperwork. I was told my car would be right out. After waiting for such a long time on my car I had to ask two different employees on two different occasions if my car would be brought out. I have never experienced such a huge delay through other dealers. Very poor experience as this was my first time visiting this location for service .
