Thank you for taking care my car for installing the tire and the fender. It's a long of four hours but you did a good job.
I had an appointment and paperwork was time stamped 7:30 am. Representative called around 11:07 am to tell me wipers and brakes needed to be fixed. That was fine with me. Final paperwork was time stamped 17:54, and I got my car back in my possession at 6:15 pm after the car wash was done. Two people apologized for the delay because “Your car was tagged incorrectly.” I have never had such disappointing service at Longo.
