I had an appointment and paperwork was time stamped 7:30 am. Representative called around 11:07 am to tell me wipers and brakes needed to be fixed. That was fine with me. Final paperwork was time stamped 17:54, and I got my car back in my possession at 6:15 pm after the car wash was done. Two people apologized for the delay because “Your car was tagged incorrectly.” I have never had such disappointing service at Longo.

By far the best experience I’ve had at this location, all Covid precautions were taken but David did an amazing job breaking down the timeline of repairs needed. Set me up with a loaner for work and was in and out in a breeze. Communicated once the job was complete and that was that. Will definitely work with David throughout
