They were very kind and helpful The service was complete. The loaner car was fabulous. BUT...my Car wasn’t washed like they told me it would be. The blue number they wrote on my windshield is still there. No vacuuming of the inside. Maybe I have to pay extra for those. Thought it was going to be part of my day. Maybe they were just busy or short handed.

Frank and the longo team were exceptional. Seems there was a big miscommunication initially with the service coordinator regarding timing, but once frank found out he made it his priority to fix the situation and came through with my needs.
