I arrived at 10, got my car after 1 for a 25k service. They couldn't find my paper the paperwork was lost/slow, then when I went to valet service , I waited again at 12:26, had to ask where my car was at again, 1pm I left! I know the

When I came back to pick up my car, I was instructed to wait in the front until Edward would come out to get me. Half an hour later and seeing people whom got there after I did get called, I asked someone at the front counter for help. It was then that I was told I could go see Edward directly at his desk. What a waste of time. You guys need to give better coordinated instructions.
Other than that, Edward was professional and friendly. I enjoyed working with him.
