The wait time for me to pick up my vehicle was a little long but other then that it was a great experience.

I was disappointed that all the black spots that your service person/s put on the front floor. They were not there when my car went in for service to have my tires adjusted.
I did appreciate the fact service was given to repair the damage done to the carpets. I was given a loaner car & it & my car were transported
via the flatbed truck & I did not have to drive down & back two times to have all this done! ???? I do appreciate this gesture -- unfortunately the spots did not all come out/off.

The loaner car that I was given was very dirty, the hood was all scratched the interior was also dirty,when I picked up my car it was also dirty,it had water marks on the both side door windows, an windshield as if something was dripping on it.
