It took 16 minutes before someone approach me to service my car, then 13 minutes before I could talk to the service representative. This is my second visit too Longo Lexus, both times I very disappointed with the service. I took pictures of my stopwatch, knowing when I drove up it was going to be a long wait, and also pictures of the line. What a mess. Eric did a fine job but it was just a frustrating experience. You really should be warning people when they make appointments about the chaos around the construction. It was 25 minutes between when I arrived and when I met with Eric. By the time I got a loan car and left I had been there a hour. Also if I had realized when making the appointment that you would have the car for over 4 hours I would have picked a different time. You pretty much spent all the goodwill you have built with me since I purchased the car there
