Not exactly satisfied. It is a little frustrating to pay almost 100 and not really have anything done to the car but an inspection. They replaced the key battery and washed the car (windshield wasn't clean) so maybe that is a 30-35 value. I still paid 50 for an inspection that I am guessing did not not take that long. Perhaps the inspections should be free like at other places because Longo benefits by finding paying problems. Also the service was a bjg slow today. I waited a half hour to drop off the car and then stood for at least 15 minutes while they went to retrieve the vehicle. David was friendly.

Mr. Diaz was awesome. So was your cashier staff. All offering me assistance from the first moment I entered your temporary service department quarters. My car was returned sparkling clean and in great running condition.
I was disappointed that the 2010 ES:350 recalled passenger air bag wasn't available. We've been patiently waiting for this correction to be made. Mr. Diaz said a letter would be coming to me when the proper air bag is in stock.
We've been very pleased with our Lexus automobiles and will be shopping for another RX350 in the coming months.
