Service manager fine, outbound shuttle fine, return shuttle experience bad. Made complaint, service manager provided gift cert for future service, which I did not expect, but do appreciate. Need to train staff to provide realistic timeframes...uner promise, over deliver. A quoted 20 minute wait time was, in actuality, a 55 minute wait. Driver looked like was going to make the return by surface streets, not a good choice from alhambra.
