Waiting period was too long. Longer than when i went in without an appt. 7 15 appt should have been ready by at least 9 15. At 9 45 i walked toward the reps desk, he got up and said he just got a notice that it was ready. I think for a good customer relations, he should notify the customer in 2 hrs and report the status.wrong car delivered

The worst service ever. I understand your service department is under renovation, but the service should stay the same. What is the point of making an appointment if you take every drive in anyway? The service consultant didn't ask if I was going to wait for the car. He said the service should take two hours. I arrived 15 minutes early to my 10:15 am appointment. I waited 15 minutes before I was called. I received a call at 12:23pm from the service adviser while I was in the waiting room telling me that I needed new tires and if I have time to do it today. No thank you. I just wanted to go home. He said the service should take another 20 minutes. Seriously? All you did was the 25,000 mile service. At 12:54 pm I received a text from Longo telling me the service had been completed and ready to be picked up in 15 minutes. After waiting for 3 hours, I didn't know if someone was going to come and get me or what. I finally went to the cashier to ask when my car would be ready. The cashier found my paperwork and checked me out. It took another 15 minutes for the valet to get my car because the car wash was backed up. With this kind service, I don't think I will return to Longo for service.

it took nearly an hour to get my car after I'd done all the paperwork to pick up my car. It was incredibly slow and disappointing how long it takes th attendants to move the cars in and out of the center.
