Disappointed that for a loaner car I didn't get the equivalent model that I am used to driving. I requested ahead of time a loaner car with "navigation" and on the service appointment date I had to "re-request" a car with "navigation " again. The only model with navigation was an "IS" Model. It was so uncomfortable and sluggish response on the freeway when I needed the gas pedal to respond. About a 5-6 second delay when passing. Glad I never bought that model!! My 300h is so much more a pleasure to drive! Daniel Perez was very competent and he did a fine job.

She did a good job and I was very satisfied with the service I received from her my only problem was not her fault but I did have a problem getting a shuttle. It took 45 minutes before it came. I had a lunch date and I was almost late. If I had known I could have requested a courtesy car I would have done that. The driver was very good and also picked me up on time, his name is Enrique. I really think you need more courtesy cars or more loaner cars.

I do not want to be contacted at all. I thought it was in poor taste to not wipe the dash that was newly installed and that the car wasn't washed, as your usual custom. The valet had to go ask someone and looked confused. I know I didn't pay for the recall, but I still expected quality service, especially since I waited almost two years.
