I've waited over a year to replace my dashboard. I actually had to call twice months apart to get an update. No one ever called me back so this last time the representative knew how frustrated I am with this ordeal. The heat wave has made my dash unbearable. Robin reached out after I had to complain. He was not helpful at all showed up late to my appointment and I was late to work because of the poor service. I asked him about my door panels that Lexus promised to change out, Robin did not care at all. I asked him for an estimated time he simply replied, "I don't know." When I went to pick up my car, Robin was not there to help me. The rep at the front test told me to wait while he made a phone call after he was done with the phone he ignored me and continue to speak to his co worker. Pull the camera if you want to verify if I'm telling the truth. My family is a Toyota/Lexus family, we've own 3 Lexus, 2 4Runner. 1 Thundra which we still have til today. I believe in this company and the brand. After my experience, I don't think I'll ever buy another Toyota. I am an ordinary consumer and was just going to let this awful incident go, not going to escalate it. But since you want some feedbacks here you go.
