My service person was in some kind of hurry and said a rental car was not available because I didn’t reserve one 3 days in advance. I asked for shuttle service and he told me to hurry and decide before it left. I decided to wait for my car in the lobby. This is where I heard my SAME SERVICE provider Kelly, offer a customer waiting a RENTAL CAR!!! When I was called in to pay he was rushing me thtoug that also. I decided not to mention overhearing him offer someone a rental car and write him a poor customer service review. I will not ever go to him again!

But my car was not washed. I am used to having my car washed. Instead I got a dirty car back which had been sitting in my garage for months. The obvious dust had been dusted off, but no wash.
