1. My car was test driven 32 miles. When I left service the low gas warning came on. It said I had 20 miles left. So I had to get gas on the way home.
2. I had to ask how long it would take and found out it would take a while. So I took a Shuttle home since eta was unknown.
3. No one went over the service upon payment. I looked through it myself and saw a leaky coolant issue. Not sure if it was fixed?
4. I didn't know in advance that this service had a fee till after I got there.
5. I feel I had better service as a regular toyota customer. This is not a premium experience. Very disappointed.
