I have been using Francis as my service advisor for the past three service appointments that I have made at Longo. I would even reschedule my appointment around his availability, because he makes me feel appreciated as a customer, and he is consistently in communication with me via text message and via phone to provide updates about my car. Not only is he super friendly, but he takes the time to explain the repair, and ensures that my car is ready to be picked up by always calling it to the driveway ahead of my arrival. I highly recommend Francis and will utilize his service for all my future needs at Longo!
