Simply unacceptable. We had scheduled an appointment expecting a quick turnaround time (~1-2 hours), but instead had to wait for over 3 and a half hours. This is made even more frustrating when all we needed was a quick 5000 mile checkup (sans oil change as well) and because we watched numerous customers walk in after us and leave before us. Our sales rep for the day (John Chang) left for lunch without updating us on the status of our checkup. He also wasn’t apologetic and didn’t show the slightest bit of sympathy when we inquired about our service. In addition, his partner (Robin Ho) denied us a loaner car since we “were only here for a free servicing”, leaving my family and me stranded and without a way to get lunch. We understand that some days are busier than others, but when circumstances have us waiting longer than your representatives quote, exceptions need to be made. As a long time Lexus owner, this lack of customer care and attentiveness is not what we expect and leaves much to be desired.
