I went there for an oil change and the mechanic left a mess on my driver seat and floor. There was oil residue all over driver sides of the floor. It looked like someone had oil on their shoes and step into the car. I’m very unsatisfied with the service

Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. She goes out of her way to make sure I am informed on the progress of my car and updates me regarding items that need fixing. In this case I bought tires from her and she let me know my headlight was out and got it fixed. She makes all the difference in the world when it comes to servicing my Lexus.
