This was the second time that I took my car to get maintenance and I was lucky to have Edgar help me through the whole process both times. He is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable he was able to answer any questions or doubts I had. Edgar is my go to guy whenever I will need to get service or maintenance done on my car. My favorite service advisor! Can’t wait to have my car brought back and serviced again. I lost my email with discounts from Longo Lexus and he patiently waited for me to look for it, even though I somehow couldn’t find it. In the end I wasn’t able to use the discount offer since i later found out at home that I accidentally deleted it and found it in my deleted emails. Yikes! Thanks for being patient and smiley. My car was returned to me with nothing fixed.
The problem could be life threatening.
This a serious issue like the LEXUS 2010 HS 250h recalll.
This involved the transaxle assembly.
In the meantime, I am expected to drive and debug the car.
I could be killed in an accident.
I won’t allow my wife to drive the car. Longo Lexus should keep it until fixed.
