I have known Man Wong since I bought my Lexus at Longo in 2003. I always schedule my service appointments with him, not that I feel that the regular service department is not doing a great job, but that Man Wong really made me feel like a valued Longo Lexus customer and answered all my questions and concerns to my total satisfaction.
