When I arrived to pick up my car, I discovered my car hadn’t been vacuumed and was dirty. When I told my service advisor he just looked at me. The person that drove my car up apologized and got it rewashed again. Car was still wet. After spending over $400 I expect a little more. I had somewhere to be and had to wait extra time at dealership.
