Man Wong was awesome. The car wash at the end was not. So sorry to mention but they vacuumed the passenger side but left the drivers side dirty. I hold lexus as high quality service from start to finish so I was a bit shocked.that always made me feel good when all was done. Not expected from Lexus, it was pretty bad. But Man Wong provided excellent service. Thanks!!
