Service advisor is great !great satisfaction great communication skills but unfortunately the blue tooth started to give me problems again this is the 3rd time my Lexus goes in for the same problem I am experiencing again !! But this is something that is out of James hands.. !!! This is a problem with Lexus it’s self not the advisor ... I have Paired two phones to the vehicle iPhone X and the Samsung galaxy S9 all phones are new and up to date on software and still am having the problem with the Bluetooth happens randomly on trips the phone will disconnect and now I am currently waiting to see if they will give me this problem early in the morning again. Tow truck driver witnessed that I was having difficulty pairing the Samsung phone. My frustration is with Lexus itself and my concern is will this get rectified and I know James has done everything in his power to get this taken care of I have no idea what’s going on with this Lexus or if the radio won’t break down once the warranty is done ?
