A couple of weeks ago I had a very bad experience with the service who wash cars they added hand scratches but Frank Lorusso took care of all my issues. Today was my 15,000 mike oil change and a issue with my window due to heat. All was done and now I’m a very happy Lexus owner. Mr Frank Lorusso is the Best Service advisoried Longo has in my opinion. That’s why I pass out his cards the owners of Lexus s who I see and know. I really can’t say enough about how well the service is at Longo I sold one car this month and another one is looking to buy. $93.88 excessive. To change a battery in my remote to my car and put air in my tires and Visually and check check my tire pressure you didn't even rotate my tires. You charge by the hour for 5 minutes worth of work not happy
