The headlights were supposed to be fixed however the auto setting is still the same as the high beam

Jennifer is my favorite service rep. in over 20 years of bringing my vehicles to Longo for service. Between my wife and I, we have had over 8 cars that have been serviced. She is professional, reliable and friendly. Over the years some of your other reps have not been especially service oriented and always appeared to be in a hurry. Not so with Jennifer. She is knowledgeable and courteous and very responsive. She should be commended.
