Very happy with the service from Longo Lexus and Edgar Anzaldo.

It took 35 minutes to get my car after I paid and was told it would be available 10 minutes!

I was extremely impressed with Beau and the quality high quality of customer service I experienced.

I would like to thank Ted the mechanic, Wendy at the counter, and of course Frank (Daniel San) Lorusso. Ted, didn’t have to take time out of his day to educate me on what era of Lexus’ are the best ones to buy. He told me what to look for when purchasing a used Lexus. And, why those models and years are such awesome cars. I feel confident now as to how much I’ll pay for a good or great used Lexus. Wendy, a beautiful young lady that smiled at use when we walked in. She spoke well and did her best to be gentle yet firm in her explanations. She dresses and carried herself well. She is definitely an asset to this dealership. Get that degree young lady, you are going to be a phenomenal business woman. Daniel San, Lorusso. Frank, we couldn’t have asked for better service. From the moment we meet I knew we had the right service agent. He did his best to apply discounts from our provided coupons or look for better coupons for us. He listened and wrote down any and all quirks we felt the car was having. And, best of all when we arrived to pick up the car he worked us a phenomenal deal considering all we had done to the car. But, wait there’s more. When, I arrived to pick up the car. The owner wasn’t with me. Instead of blowing smoke at me. He quickly let me know, I wouldn’t be able to pick up the car without the owner since the bill was too large. He made sure my loaner car wasn’t check in and got me back on the road. Again absolutely amazing service. Daniel San, I hope many blessings rain down on you and your family. Again, I hope more service agents and dealerships are as amazing as Longo Lexus and it’s team. Thank you isn’t enough for all the wonderful service we received.

Jim Palmer is the best. Very nice and polite. Told me Everything that needed 2 be done with my vehicle.when They began 2 work on my car, sent me pictures of the old Parts that needed 2 be replaced. He assured me I had Nothing 2 worry about. He told me if I had any questions fe Feel free 2 call. My car is running like a new car. I will Always go 2 Jim 4 service. I rate him a 10

Nice and professional service.

Pimaily the multiple times I tried to schedule an online appointment did not work which resulted in service being done a week later and done later in day instead of early morning. I tried as guest, then created account, signed in and neither options worked. A minor setback was car wash was not working. I got voucher for future wash but I would need to check if working or it would be a waist of a trip.
