Joshua said car would be out of car wash by 5 pm. We showed up around 5, paid for it. Desk person said it would be right out. 10 minutes later, we asked outside person. They walkie talkied for car. Waited another 10 minutes!! Finally found Joshua and he promptly found my car at 5:30. Luckily, we were not late to our son's awards banquet.
