We paid $176 diagnosis fee to check why we can't open rear right window from Master switch. Lexus said it's master switch failure and asked for $841 for replacement. The next day we brought our car to a collision center for diagnosis of the same problem. They took 15 seconds to fix the problem without a charge. I was very disappointed about Lexus's wrong diagnosis. Being an official Lexus service center you should have a better skill than outside technicians. I was very lucky did not go for the replacement of master window switch, otherwise, I would have paid extra $841 because of your wrong diagnosis. To my opinion, the wrong diagnosis fee $176 should be returned to me.

Paymon was great and not the problem. Your parts department with their poor logistics and communication was the greatest failure. Plus, no quality check or control, extended the time the car was in the shop. Lastly, the headliner around the sunroof has dirt or grease on it. Likely the hands of the person re-installing same, but should not be there. Just adds to the overall poor experience. Your service department is a train wreck. Good luck!

My appointment was at 10 am. I did not get helped until after 10:30. I think that is acceptable. What is the point of making an appointment? Delays are understandable, but to not be acknowledged at all doesn’t work for me.

I wish you would keep me posted daily as to the status of my car. You.called me on Tuesday night for my approval for a new battery and promised to continue doing testing. But you did not call me on Wednesday until I called on Thursday and found out you were off. I left you a phone message and also a message for your partner by the name of Deep. That's when I found out that my car was ready for pick up.
