Was not happy about paying $176.00 for a mechanic to explore an issue with the seat heater light that’s not worked since I bought the car in 2008. It was diagnosed back then but I had to pay for someone to explore the issue again. It’s still not fixed and should have been fixed back in 2008. Diana

Our family owns 5 Lexus from Sedan and SUV, all we ge them all service through Lexus on Martin. I tried all the service advisor/consulatant they are good, but the great ones are Chris, who passed away a times ago and now Kyle, who show outstanding customer services. I am really glad I got a chance to work with Kyle. I will recommend my family and friends. He can relate with the customer that we can go anywhere to get service as Lexus charge labor is not cheap, but we go there for the superior services and the rapport we get with our consultant .
