Mike provided the best service for my Lexus. Drop-in service was quick. Less than 5 minuets and I am on my way to work. The service team was very professional and extremely courteous. Car dropped off in the morning and got Mike called remind to pick the car by afternoon, the car was clean and filled full tank of gas when I picked up. Drove away with a feeling of extremely satisfied and being well taking care of. Thank you Mike and his team for doing a great job on my car.

The service team lost my key. It resulted in a delay where they had to.schedule time to come and pick up spare key to create a new one. But worse that - when. I arrived to pick my car - they erroneously billed me an extra $1100 as follows
1. They charged me TWICE for a detailing
2. They charged me for the rekeying of a key that they lost
3. They charged me for a battery that was under warranty
4. They overcharged me on labor for fixing my doors
They did acknowledge the mistakes and removed the errors. When I asked they gave me a 10% discount. However - that was not really a big deal because they were giving anyone who donated a personal hygiene product for the needy a 10% discount. So overall - this was a disappointment. I wasted time (days) and then water more time with the bikk
