I have being using Stevens Creek Lexus service for 10 years. In all those years, all of the service advisors have been great. They are always friendly made me feel welcomed. Tommy is the exception. From the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked up my car, he didn't crack a smile. He was indifferent to my concerns. When I pick up my car, he can not be bothered to sit down with me and tell me what was done and to address my questions. He just told me to go pick up my car from the girls up front. Really? I just spent almost $800 to service my car and you are too busy to spend 10 minutes with me? Totally disappointed. I have never had to choose an advisor before when I set up my service appointment. But I will make sure to avoid Tommy Luong in the future because he doesn't know the meaning of good customer service.

I am not satisfied about my visit this time and I have never once been as unhappy as I was today. Starting from the beginning since I have met Tommy I was certainly not pleased at how he treated me. He was very rushed and was not friendly at all. I also mentioned how I had an email that gave ten dollars off to him and he said that I just needed to email it to him. I did just that but in the end, he never took the ten dollars off. His overall service was not satisfactory at all.
