As usual you run a very tight ship. Everyone displays that they fully understand the mportance of customer service. They make the customer feel appreciated but not just by words but by deeds. Repeated trips for the same thing. Mansplaining about how my car works. I’ve had it for 4 1/2 years and understand the basics of Nav and Phone use. When I bring it in to say something’s wrong and I get it back with an explanation of the safety feature, I feel like I have not been taken seriously. When I bring the car in and say that there is a loud, intermittent sound in the engine and they say nothing’s wrong — after suggesting that they drive the car so they can hear it, I feel like I have not been taken seriously. I had to bring it back once I figured out that it was the heat/air blower and sure enough, I was right. Had someone taken the time to drive the car in the first place I’m sure they would have figured that out. I live inLos Altos and this is THE most inconvenient place to get my car repaired. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 1/2 years. But I can’t see coming back at this point. I need a place that listens and takes me seriously.
