James Luong is the only bright spot at your dealership. James is great! Lexus Stevens Creek is horrible and every time I am forced to bring my vehicle to the dealership I cringe. It took 15 days to get my car back. When i picked it up on 3/30 it was discovered that SIRIUS had been deactivated. That took another 30 minutes plus MATT Esparza was excellent. While driving home I noticed all the windows were dirty. I called Rasmin and told him. I was advised the car was washed yesterday and it got dirty over night. I asked why wasn’t it washed again prior to pick up. I was told that he would come and get my car washed. I appreciate the offer but what do i do without a car again and the unconvince. Not. Good experience and I have bought 2 new cars from the dealership the past 2 years. I had always bought MB and service was excellent. Not very satisfied
